Ginnie Luster paints primarily in watercolors and acrylics. She has been fortunate to paint at some extremely picturesque sites overseas – in England, France, and Italy – and has studied with well-known artists in the U.S. and abroad.

Ginnie often enjoys painting local scenes, and draws particular inspiration from the Potomac River and the C & O Canal. Other subjects are landscape, florals, and architecture.

Her work has been chosen for many juried shows, and she exhibits at a number of local venues. Ginnie Luster is a member of PVW (the Potomac Valley Watercolorists), the McLean Art Society, the Arlington Artists Alliance, and the Oxford (Pa.) Art Alliance.
