Vicki Doyle is a native of Connecticut, has lived in many parts of the United States and Europe, and has traveled extensively all over the world. She is a graduate of Boston University where she majored in art. She later studied serigraph under Sister Mary Carida at the Immaculate Heart College in Hollywood, California. Some of her work was selected by Sister Mary Carida for exhibit in a 57th Street Gallery and was included in an international tour. Vicki has also taken courses at the torpedo Factory in Alexandria, Virginia.
She has taught art in Texas schools and has exhibited in California and the Washington area. Her work is represented in many private collections.
Although Vicki has worked in many medias, she prefers painting in oils. Her work can best be described as mystical impressions in warm, appealing colors. Many of her canvasses are based on her travels, love of horses, ballet and the ocean.
